How to get the software

The software download is free, and gives you the full software but with certain actions locked within demo mode. 

How to upgrade to the full version

To unlock all actions, buy an activation key from our website: https://www.stitchmastery.com/product/stitchmastery-3-0-activation-key

You will be prompted to set up an account on our website and this will allow you to find your activation key in the future if you lose your confirmation email, as well as giving you the option to download an invoice if you need to use this for financial reporting. 

The current cost of an activation key can be found at https://stitchmastery.com/shop, and this is a one-time cost with no expiry. You can pay with Paypal, or with credit/debit card via Stripe. The activation key can be used on any two machines at a time. This can be two machines with different operating systems, eg Windows, macOS etc. If a machine needs to be upgraded or replaced then the old machine can be deactivated and replaced with an activation on the new machine.

Purchasing in a different currency

Stitchmastery can be purchased in GB £ or US $. The correct option should display automatically based on your computer/device's location, but there is a currency switcher tool at the right hand side of the website. If you are purchasing from elsewhere, Paypal will convert the GB £ to your currency at the point of purchase. The exchange rate varies all the time and you will be shown the exact amount in your currency by Paypal before you are asked to confirm purchase.

How to activate if you've already started using the demo

When you first open the software, you will be prompted for an activation key but you can skip this to use the demo version. If you have not input your key in the opening dialog, you can open the Preferences menu and choose the Activation option.

Buying Stitchmastery for someone else

If you would like to buy an activation key for someone else, we have a giftcard available. This is the recommended route rather than directly buying the key and sending the activation details by email, as it allows them to create their own account on our website and look up their activation key in future if they lose it.
