  We've answered this in Ravelry, but in case it's helpful for anyone else - the palette had been minimised. At the top of the palette there is a small triangle icon which can be used to minimise it: 

   

  

   

  When the palette is minimised, you can click the triangle to bring it back:

  My palette window disappeared. No stitches or colors show up in any of my designs that weren't already in the design. PLEASE HELP.
