fix garbled text?
So, I'm getting back into knitting and am making a chart. The text on the chart itself is garbled - see image below. that string b~rs nm rdst oqnv is supposed to read Setup Row. Help! i haven't touched any stylesheets or anything. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it. Please help.

I'm creating the chart in Stitchmastery, and the text is just coming out that way. On the diagram, too.
edited to clarify: I've had stitchmastery for a while, but not used it due to... life... and a couple days ago downloaded and installed the latest version. I opened it and clicked Ctl-N and started putting stitches in for the pattern I wanted a chart of. the text except in the part that - I believe - will be the printed instructions is completely garbled. I've uploaded another screen shot below.
I'd also like the column numbers and row numbers to simply go sequential instead of reversing halfway through. How do I set that? As well as that row number (?) in the latest screenshot "2/" What's going on there? I'd appreciate any help. AS it is, the software is only sort of useful.

Please can you email me a copy of your .knt2 file so that I can take a look at it. The email address is support@stitchmastery.com
Also, please can you tell me more about your computer. It looks as if it is a Windows system. Is that correct? What version of Windows is it?

Version 23H2
Installed on 1/27/2023
